Safety That Starts with Community

W. 38th Avenue Corridor Study

West 38th Avenue connects four Denver neighborhoods—but for too long, it divided them. CCG supported DOTI in reshaping this High Injury Network corridor through a community-first approach, centering the voices of residents who face the highest crash rates. Bilingual flyering, neighborhood advisory committees, and corridor walk-and-roll tours brought hundreds of stakeholders into the planning process. The community responded: over 1,700 survey responses and clear support for safer sidewalks, improved transit, and streets designed for everyone.
