When Edgewater set out to update its comprehensive plan, CCG ensured that Spanish-speaking residents weren't just invited—they were at the center. Through a partnership with Latinas Community Connections Services (LCCS), we hosted community picnics with bilingual table conversations, integrated outreach through local schools, and created culturally responsive engagement that honored community traditions. Seven events and 800 surveys later, Edgewater's 2040 vision reflects the full diversity of its residents.
